Petal, picots, petals

So I have combine my two pattern to come up with this one .
Items you will need .
Yarn , hook, shears,

1. Chain 4 , slst to from ring . 
2. Chain 1 sc as many as you want into the ring ... slst 
3. chain 3 dc in the same st as the chain 3, 2dc in all the st around  slst into the top of the chain 3.....
4. flo =front loop double crochet - sc in the chain 4 slst in to the 3 chain from the hook , repeat for around slst into the last st fo --- fasten off
5. In the back loop you will slst and chain 3,  dc in the each st around slst on top of the chain 3
6. In the flo , (5hdc , slst in the next , 5 dc ) repeat till the end slst in to the last one fo 
7. Slst in to the blo chain 3 dc in the same st , 1 dc in the next st , 2 dc in the next repeat for till the end . slst on top of the chain 3...
8. repeat row 4
9. Repeat row 5,6 
10. Continue to increase by one dc
