I am 28 and i have adhd

I am 28 and i have adhd . I was diagnosed when i was 7-8 . I have been on number of medication to help with my learning and issues . Aromatherapy..baths incense....  pills food . Psychologist .... tutor . I was called stupid and retarded in school i could not read for the longest time to be honest i did want to read . I know now that i felt that why should i have to read why can some one read it for me . One time in school i went to check out book and this other class mate already  read it and she new i want to read so she told the teacher that i was to stupid to read it and she should read it cause she new how to read .so i was call stupid  so i stopped and my mom would buy me books since the school teacher thought i was stupid , But i was not i had other things that i could do that i was good at soccer. softball . Was my life until high school cause i would not be able to play . So later on after i changed schools with new teacher and new city new home . I was able to read and have fun go the the library i was friends with the librarian she would order me books that she new i would read in one day thanks to her i am a lover of books and for not telling me i was stupid or could not read . I worked hard to be who i am with all my issues i thrive on the knowledge that i made it ....... More stories to come
